Essential Exercise

Air Squats

AIR SQUATS

WHAT IT WORKS:

  • This exercise strengthens the legs

  • It’s basically mandatory to get ready for the slopes

WHO ITS FOR:

  • Everyone who hits the slopes

PROS:

  • Works the legs

CONS:

  • None

WHAT IT DOES:

  • Strengthens the legs so we can hit the slopes longer

AIR SQUAT HOLDS

WHAT IT WORKS:

  • This exercise strengthens the legs.

  • It’s basically an upgraded version of basic air squats

WHO ITS FOR:

  • Better than air squats, this exercise helps get us ready for actual skiing and snowboarding

PROS:

  • When we ski and snowboard we're basically holding a partial squat the whole time

CONS:

  • It's tougher than air squats

WHAT IT DOES:

  • This exercise gets us ready to hold that squat while we ski or snowboard

  • Hold for about 3 seconds then stand
